ZINGARA does not refund purchases in the original form of payment. However, ZINGARA does accept returns on any of its products, which can be exchanged for other products or refunded in ZINGARA e-store credits.

- ZINGARA e-store credits will be issued to be redeemed online at any time, valid for one year.

- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with hygienic protectors intact. They must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition, with all components, including but not limited to: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags and cases. The products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge 20% of handling fee and we will return the items to you. Zingara reserves the right to refuse any return in the case that the goods or items have been used or soiled in any way.

- A request to return an item must be made within 21 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you. 

- If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Support and you will receive your refund in ZINGARA e-store credit.

- All SALE items are final sale.

- If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will not be charged again for shipping of the correct item. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect by contacting our Customer Support. You will be requested to ship back the incorrect item and we will ship you the correct one back.


- Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment.
